A Rough Night [M!Kazuo x N!Kazuo x Shinji x Shogo x Shuya]

The night had worn on and the bar was empty of patrons but for the three remaining. Just one bartender remained to take care of them, but the three were having such a good time he didn't have the heart to kick them out despite it being past closing time. Apparently it was one of their birthdays, after all.

Outside, however, cries and moans that earlier on had been drowned out by the noise of the bar could now be heard in the neighboring alleyway... Though their volume was gradually dwindling.
"Uhhnnn... HNGHK-" A hard kick in the side cut off the man's latest groan of agony.
Kazuo Kiriyama stood panting, dark eyes gazing with a kind of emptiness down at his victim, as if to soak in the man's suffering. His skin glistened with the sweat of the fight, which hadn't been much effort from the start - but he had dragged on its end for almost forty minutes now. Even after his victim had hit the ground, Kazuo continued to kick at him, occasionally lifting him or straddling him to deliver more punches yet. The man's face was a mess of blood and bruising, and his shirt, too, was stained with scattered spots of red where his torso had taken too much of a beating.

But the man could barely even cry anymore. His sobbing and screams had quieted significantly since the start of the fight. Kazuo was growing bored. His tongue swept slowly over a cut on his lip where he had been punched; other than that, he was unharmed. His opponent had been pretty drunk. Kazuo didn't like alcohol - but it made any given citizen either a total shit fighter, or a five times better fighter than usual. It was a real treat to find the latter. But that had not been the case in this instance, unfortunately...

Still panting, he turned to his counterpart, dragging his eyes from his bloodied victim to the fair-faced, sleek-haired boy who had been silently observing all the while. It was very late. Probably almost 3AM. He wasn't sure they would be able to find much else to do this time of night... Now that he listened, it sounded like the bar had quieted down -- though a few scattered, enthusiastic shouts remained. He gave a brisk nod to his novel-verse counterpart to signal he was finished, though he gave no further clue as to what else he might have in mind to do, apparently leaving it open for his alter to decide.

As it was almost 3AM, Novel-verse Kazuo could feel his body decrease in stamina, however, this didn't bother him at all. He was quite used to the sensation by that point. He spent quite a lot of his spare nights with his counterpart since he'd left Shiroiwa Junior high school. But the one thing he had been curious to see, was to see him intoxicated. From his experience with his messier counterpart, Kazuo knew that he hated Alcohol with a passion, but maybe with some persuasion...-

The refined Kiriyama approached his messier counterpart, offering him a clean handkerchief for any given wounds "Mr. Kiriyama, would you like me to buy you a drink?"

Shinji Mimura sighed heavily as he slammed his shot glass down on the bar. The burn of whatever it was he had drank slid down his throat to pile deep in his stomach causing a warming effect. Everyone was in the full swing of things at the bar he and his two best friends, Shuya Nanahara and Shogo Kawada, were occupying. He heard coughing coming from his right and turned to see Shuya trying to choke down some shot Shogo had forced on him.

"Come on Shu, don't be a pussy," Shinji yelled, clapping Shuya on the back causing a deep smacking sound. This is going to be one hell of a night!

As the night progressed Shinji Mimura came to regret that thought more and more. The bar was now completely empty except for the three friends and they were all thoroughly drunk. Shinji thought he could hear groaning coming from outside but just shrugged it off as nothing. Shinji looked over at Shuya and gave a drunken grin before slurring, "Best birfday day ever, right Thu?"

Shuya smiled a bit at Shinji in return, his reddened cheeks were the dead give-away that he was already drunk. "Is the bestest birfday!" he exclaimed, saluting his shot glass in the air. He'd managed to spill more of the drink on the counter then he had actually sipped.

He sloppily pulled both boys into a drunken hug. "You guys are just.." his eyes began to water, "You're just so good to me!" He exclaimed loudly, and emotionally.

"Geez, man!"

Shogo was pulled into a drunken hug by the pretty birthday boy, who was completely wasted already. A little bit of his current drink spilled out of the glass, straight on both Shogo's and Shuya's pants.

"Damn ... Look what you did now, Shu! Dammit!"

Out of those three, it was obvious Shogo was the most sober of them all; his body tolerated the alcohol much better than the two other boys, year younger than him. He was drunk, no doubt about that; drunk enough to say and do stupid things, but sober enough to somehow understand them.

He placed the drink on the counter to make sure no more of it would go to waste. He started rubbing his pants with a napkin, laughing.

The sleek-haired boy stared at him for a moment before stepping forward to offer a handkerchief. Kazuo's brow furrowed somewhat and he eyed the handkerchief almost suspiciously, but took it after a second, first swiping it across his forehead to clear away some sweat. His tongue felt across his lip again to check for more blood there, but there was none. He dabbed the handkerchief over his face once before pausing to look it over for blood, but again came up empty, and so offered the cloth back to his counterpart.

A scowl crept into his features at his alter's invitation. He shook his head insistently, maintaining the sour look on his face and leering at the other boy briefly. He knew his counterpart knew he didn't like alcohol in the least. Why the hell had he bothered asking? Still, Kazuo did not move for any direction, suggesting it was still up to novel-verse Kiriyama where they would head next.
